Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day, providing your order has been received before 2 pm. As soon as your order is placed with us, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched, and delivered.
We process orders Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed on a non-working day will be dispatched the next available working day.
Deliveries can take place from 8 am till 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery excludes weekends and Bank Holidays
Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery and refuse any damaged goods. If you are unable to check, please sign for your goods as unchecked and contact us with any issues found at this stage.

We dispatch items by royal mail tracking 24 service. Please keep an eye on your tracking and this usually is delivered within 48 hours
Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we cannot currently change your delivery address. Please make sure that when placing the order you have selected the correct delivery address for your item(s)
