- Product Condition
The reason our prices are cheaper is that our items are classed as graded/refurbished products.
For more info on graded please go here.
All our Samsung products are genuine Samsung UK graded. As such, Samsung makes a security mark on the bottom of the rear casing to identify the product as graded. This is so people cannot attempt to return graded items to Samsung stores for a full RRP refund. The warranty is with us and all goods need to be returned to us for servicing or attention under the warranty period.
